Channel Marketing was established in 1999 to help businesses and organizations take advantage of the Internet to acquire and retain customers cost-effectively.
Our company’s name actually has a double meaning. The first refers to the Channel Markers that help guide boats through unfamiliar waterways so they don’t run aground. In much the same way, we guide companies through the process of building an effective web presence in the unknown waters of the Internet, so they can get to the best fishing spots.
The second meaning relates to Channels of communication. The Internet isn’t about technological tools (eventhough they are powerful.) It’s about marketing – giving your customers what they want so they’ll do business with you. That means communicating how you can help them solve their problems or achieve their goals.
For smaller businesses, having an Internet Department hasn’t been an affordable option – until now. With Channel Marketing, you can have an outsourced Internet Department that is committed to a long-term relationship and dedicated to helping your company use the Internet to grow.
We work as an extension of your marketing efforts, melding our interactive industry insights and expertise with your specific budgets, goals and objectives, all designed to deliver more customers.
If you’re relatively new to the interactive space, we can help demystify the vast array of pricing models and extensive choices of online search properties, shopping portals, and online advertising; we can outline the differences and unique benefits of natural search engine optimization and paid search management, and make sure you’re using the most cost-effective tactics. We answer all your questions and chart the right course for online success, before you commit your ad dollars.
If you have some experience online, even have internal technical staff that run your website – we can work with you as an outsourced partner to bring the additional Internet marketing expertise you need.
Our Promise
- To treat your marketing dollars as if they were our own.

She is also a marketing expert, vs. a specialized technician and, as such, she guides us in developing and implementing our national and local Internet marketing strategies and tactics.”
